💥 The reception of guests begins at nine in the morning, where the reception of guests begins with Arabic coffee and then immediate breakfast, an open buffet of fresh cow’s milk from our farms and Meshaltet pie with local ghee.
White honey from our farms, black honey with tahini, and local eggs
With local ghee, potatoes, peppers, fried eggplant and old cheese
With tomatoes, olive oil from our farms, peasant cheese (Quraish), and bread
Bedouin (saj bread), tomato, cucumber, arugula, pepper, makdous eggplant, harissa with olive oil, drinks: Arabic coffee, Turkish coffee, wood-fired tea with mint, mineral water and soda water.

At exactly one o'clock in the afternoon, the group will go on a tour inside
The farm for an hour with Jade the farm to visit the chicken and goat barn and visit the lake and at five o’clock in the afternoon where lunch is open.
A buffet with mandi goats, mandi chicken, basmati rice, stuffed grape leaves cooked according to law, and stuffed cabbage.
Drinks are wood-fired tea, Arabic coffee, Turkish coffee, mineral water, and sparkling water. The day ends at seven o’clock.
